PROFILE

My beginnings in theater began with marionettes and playacting in our living room. Careers in radio, TV, and advertising, and two daughters later, I found myself happily directing, designing, and acting in dramas for and with children.

Retired now from public school teaching, I still volunteer theater and creative dramatics skills in local schools. Two plays, STONE SOUP and THE MUSICIANS OF BREMEN, won top awards from the Wilmette Children's Theatre Annual Playwriting Contest.
