Liz Peterson
Currently, she tutors children and adults, teaches a class in memoir writing for senior citizens, plays the recorder, sings in two choirs, studies music composition, and writes songs to poems by her favorite poets. In her spare time she golfs, sails, babysits with her grandchildren, and travels with her husband.
Her acting career began and ended with the part of Mrs. Moorehen in THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS.

The rich, spoiled, and wildly enthusiastic Mr. Toad terrorizes the peaceful English countryside with his passion for motorcars. His friends Water Rat, Mole, and Badger, with the cooperation of British Law, do their best to stop him. The award-winning show has been produced throughout the United States and in New Zealand. |

Available from playwright Ages high school to adult. One act, area staging, 3m, 1f, with doubling. Three fastidious young bachelors of the Victorian Era go up the Thames for their holiday. They tell many stories, suffer many frustrations, and encounter some beauty along the way. This light comedy, a classic in England, might be characterized as a WIND IN THE WILLOWS for older students and adults. |
| GRANDPA BEN
Available from playwright Ages 5 and up. One act, Ben Franklin's study, 7m, 3f. It is July 4, 1787, the time of the Constitutional Convention. Ben needs to get to the State House to set things straight before the fighting among the delegates destroys our chance to make a united nation out of thirteen separate colonies. But Ben, at 81, would rather play with his grandchildren than go to work. The show presents a delightful way for children to get acquainted with one of our country's great men, and to understand something about the impact he had on our nation's history. |
